The use of altar cloth in rituals, ceremonies, Tarot, runes, and divination spans many mystic traditions. It’s purpose is to sanctify a space, provide spiritual focus, and inspire magick.
This 22” by 22” flat weave altar cloth features a bejeweled and flowery pentacle. The five-pointed star is a magickal symbol with many meanings, but broadly, symbolizes the five elements in its points, and the the universe (the circle) that connects them all. The upward-facing point stands for spirit and its ascension, while the others represent the other four elements.
