Shipping Policy

Product is made-to-order and can take from one to three days until shipped. Larger orders may take longer. For any questions regarding your processing time, please contact snakesforhair.ny@gmail.com.

Snakes for Hair ships to all 50 states, plus District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam. For International orders, please contact us directly. Fed Ex and USPS are our main shipping carrier within the United States. Snakes for Hair will determine the best shipping carrier for you, depending on your order and shipping location. 

Please contact Fed Ex or USPS directly with any issues with delayed, lost in transit, or stolen packages. The carrier is responsible for any items damaged while in their care and Snakes for Hair will not accept returns for damaged items by the carrier. Delivery issues are the sole responsibility of the carrier. Customers should file a claim directly with the carrier.
